We offer a selection of group fitness and dance classes, aerial yoga and pole fitness classes for women ages 16+.
All of our classes are available to try out as trial classes. We can accommodate a maximum of 2 trial students per class. To
book a trial class, you can either submit an enquiry or
book
yourself in.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga uses a hammock/yoga swing to allow students to perform postures. It combines traditional yoga with moves inspired by Pilates, dance and acrobatics. It's great for anyone who spends a long time sitting, or who has back pain, because it has a decompressing effect on the body. Aerial Yoga helps improve strength, flexibility & balance.
Pole Dancing
Pole Dancing Classes are fun, sexy and will leave you with a great feeling of confidence. Pole dancing not only tones and helps you to lose weight, but the strength build will give you a stronger core, stronger heart muscles and give your body the best workout ever.
Fitness Classes
We offer a variety of group fitness and dance classes to get you working up a sweat. All our classes are 45 minutes long.
Dance and Group Fitness classes
include Cardio Kickboxing, HIIT and Strut Sensual Dance.
Kid's Aerial Yoga
Our popular kid's aerial yoga classes feel more like play than a workout! These themed classes are designed to provide not only a full body conditioning and strengthening workout, but also aim to improve balance, flexibility and spatial awareness.
Party Hosting
Let us host a truly memorable Bachelorette party or ladies night event for you, either from your venue or our private studio in Pretoria East. We offer Pole Dancing, Chair Dancing and Burlesque Dancing themed parties suitable for all fitness levels for ladies 18+.
Private Classes
We offer private classes for both members and non-members, individuals and groups, and also offer discounts for groups.
