We offer a variety of class styles from aerial sports such as aerial yoga, aerial hoop and pole dancing, to various dance styles. All lessons are 45 minutes long.
Solo
Our private class option is aimed at those who prefer to learn at their own pace. Your instructor will customise a class plan according to your needs and abilities. Discounts are available if multiple lessons are booked.
Small Group
Our group classes are the perfect option for friends/ family/ colleagues looking for something fun to do together. They are great for girl's night outs, Team Building and Birthday celebrations!
