  • What types of classes do you offer and who can join them?

    We offer a selection of group fitness and dance classes, aerial yoga and pole fitness classes for women ages 16+.
  • Which classes are offered as a trial?

    All of our classes are available to try out as trial classes.
  • How do trial classes work?

    We can accommodate a maximum of 2 trial students per class.


    To book a trial class, you can either submit an enquiry or create a temporary account and book yourself in.
